We are seeking an Digital Marketer to drive with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach campaigns. This role involves connecting with key decision-makers, building relationships, and nurturing leads to generating business opportunities. - Conduct outbound LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients, with decision-makers, and key influencers across various industries.
- Develop and implement a highly effective messaging strategy for connecting with and engaging LinkedIn focusing a personalized that value sparks interest.
- Regularly optimize LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are positioned to attract and engage potential clients and business partners.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with givens prospects by engaging by their content, participating in conversations, and through consistent follow-up.
- Qualify leads through LinkedIn conversations, identifying the best-fit prospects for our services, and moving them through the sales funnel.

Core Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a digital agency or tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and spark interest with personalized approaches.
- Strong ability to assess and qualify leads effectively, ensuring that outreach efforts are focused on high-value prospects.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track outreach activities, manage leads, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple outreach campaigns, track engagement, ensuring follow up with prospects while maintaining high-quality standards.
